It's now only just over a month away!!
Martin and Don spent last week recovering from the previous week's Hebridean Celtic Festval but managed a couple of training rides.
Martin is on holiday near Braemar with the in-laws this week but has taken his bike so he can get some rides in.

    No nasty insects at all. Temp mostly in the eighties, have to keep fluid levels up. Had a go on Mike's bike yesterday these yanks have the idea - electric motor - the answer to hills! Think I just managed to make the right choice on how to spend August!
